Every year I wrote our family's Christmas newsletter (and my brother Christopher was in charge of printing). In 2007, we decided to 'print' our 'Mary Christophermas' newsletter online; that's how and why I started my blog. I am keeping it up so friends and family can stay updated all year. ( -For people visiting who do not know me, I am homeschooled, and I sell Avon. )
Yeah, I've been a slacker. I'm going to try and make this a good post.
Christopher and I have been watching a lot of MacGyver lately. I have the first six seasons on DVD. We are watching the seventh and final season on Youtube. It's cool that they are on Youtube because that way Christopher can put them on my Ipod.
Now, I need to explain MacGyver to anyone who doesn't know who he is. MacGyver can fix any problem. MacGyver is played by Richard Dean Anderson. He is a secret agent for the Pheonix Foundation. He is always getting into trouble, but he alway knows how to get out without using guns. He never used guns, he hated them. Mythbusters even did a whole show dedicated to him. They tried out some of his solutions to problems.
Awesome! MacGyver isn't is first name, Angus is. But, he doesn't tell anyone that until the seventh season, because he doesn't like his first name. In the pilot episode, his first name was going to be Stace. I'm glad it was changed.
So, that's my TIMHT post. I will try to post more often!
Hmmm ... you know, even though I've heard of MacGyver, I never watched it. Your description sounds kind of interesting, though ... I will have to check out those DVDs. Thanks for alerting me to them (and, thanks for your sweet comment on my mushroom house!)!
I love how these old shows are on DVD where you can watch the whole season of something.
I remember MacGyver being on, but I never watched it, probably due to the time of my life I was in and the fact I really didnt watch much TV in the late 80's/Early 90's
