Cake

Today I made a cake from scratch.  It was a recipe from Pioneer Woman.  It is easy to make and she also has a really easy icing recipe.  The icing recipe is cool because you can add nuts to it.  I don't like nuts so I didn't do that.  The cake itself is good.  It's kind of brownie like.  The recipe said to put it in a jelly roll pan, so that's probably the reason.  The cake has a nice chocolate taste though.  If I make it again I will probably put it in a baking pan instead of a jelly roll pan.
